1. Email the Valentine GIVING HEART Invitation
Add your personal information to the EXAMPLE EMAIL (personalize areas noted in red) and email to your audience.
Example Audience: Your Qigong/Tai Chi students, Virtual/Community Practice Group contact list, family, friends, associates. Be sure to send to those who know you are practicing/providing body, mind, spirit self-care and ask for support in advancing this important work.

2. Say Thank You
Personally thank* those who mailed donations directly to you.
"Thank you for donating to the Healer Within Foundation and for your GIVING HEART!"
*Consider Thank You or Valentine cards (FUN) sent via US mail (you will have donor address from their envelope or check) or send a personal email.

HWF also acknowledges all donations received.
